Clear information before you begin.
Therapy is an emotional commitment and a practical one. Here are the basics about sessions, fees, insurance, location and telehealth.
$175 per 45-minute session
Do you accept insurance?
I do not accept insurance as direct payment. If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, it may reimburse a portion of your therapy costs. Contact your insurer to understand your specific benefits.
Where do you see clients?
I offer in-person therapy at 55 Auburn Ave., Suite D, Sierra Madre, CA 91024, as well as telehealth for clients located in California and New York.
What approaches do you use?
My work draws from AEDP, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based, relational, strengths-based, trauma-focused and somatic approaches.
What concerns do you work with?
My practice has a particular focus on trauma and PTSD, including relational and attachment trauma, sexual abuse and assault, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, shame, abandonment, relationship concerns, racial identity and men's issues.
What is a Good Faith Estimate?
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or not using insurance generally have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. I can provide the required information as part of the intake process.
